The interview you are about to hear contains a discussion around some pretty complex topics, including suicidal ideations. My guest and I are by no means mental health professionals, so please be mindful that we are sharing our own personal views, opinions and stories. If you think this is likely to be triggering or to cause you distress in anyway, please consider whether this is the right episode for you. Need Support? If you, or anyone you know requires urgent assistance or support, please contact: Lifeline: 13 11 14.

This week on Dyl and Friends I'm joined by YMCA ReBuild members, Saut\xe9 and Mick Cronin. Saut\xe9 tells his story of growing up in Shepparton, getting exposed to drugs and alcohol and getting in trouble with the wrong crowd. After spending time in prison, he found it pretty hard transitioning out of jail and struggled to get a job. Saut\xe9 managed to get a job through the YMCA ReBuild project. Mick Cronin is a YMCA Youth Services leader and Project Manager at the ReBuild project, with a wealth of experience working in youth justice.

I won’t say much more now as this is Saut\xe9 story to tell you, but I will say I couldn’t be more grateful for his honesty and openness and am really pleased to be sharing today’s episode with you all.

Show notes:

Time to ReBuild Podcast

Listen on Apple Listen on Spotify

YMCA ReBuild Project
https://vicyouth.ymca.org.au/social-impact/rebuild

Instagram
YMCA Rebuild -https://www.instagram.com/ymca_rebuild/

Join the Discord chat!

Contact
Email - hello@producey.com
Instagram - @dylbuckley @dylandfriends
Youtube - www.youtube.com/dylandfriends
Facebook - www.facebook.com/dylandfriends
Twitter - www.twitter.com/dylan_buckley

Dyl & Friends is produced by Sam Bonser, Sam Dalton and Darcy Parkinson

Fivrr
This episode is brought to you by Fiverr.
