Mary is a Clinical Psychologist and has worked as Mental Health Lead at the Australian Institute of Sport, is the team psychologist for the Victorian men\u2019s and women\u2019s cricket teams, and has the role of Mental Health Expert at Headspace.\n\nMary has worked with a range of athletes and teams across both Olympic and professional sports, as well as with individuals with a variety of mental health disorders.\n\nWe chat about Mary\u2019s experiences working with athletes and how we can all implement these methods and strategies to benefit our lives.\n\nIt was a pleasure speaking with Mary and I hope you take something positive from this chat.
