Elaine Vigil has been hanging out at the local Orange County open mics and I wanted to interview her before she got up. \\xa0She has an incredible story of growing up as a ward of the state with many foster homes and 3 adoptions. It could be a sad story but what I see is the makings of a great comic, I hope she goes for it!
