Kevin Osborne is the Co-founder of Cellador Ales, a brewery that focuses primarily in barrel fermented wild ales. Kevin began home brewing and won a home brew competition hosted by The Bruery in Anaheim which they later made as one of their own beers. Listen to him explain the insane way they blend every beer and how each one is unique. They also source the fruit for their beers from some of the best farms in California.
