East Side Eats LA is comprised of Chefs Jose and Shruti who met in culinary school and learned they worked together perfectly like a swiss watch. Jose was a cook in the Navy in a submarine and Shruti had her own food column in when she attended College. Both share a passion for food that leaves one in awe when watching them cook. The depth of knowledge with every mince, every reduction and the honesty they have with each other about how things taste is great to witness and the result, delicious.
