- 9% ABV
- Happy to Donut was a simple predictive text error (we talk about donuts a lot) that became an inspiration. We brewed a 9% Imperial Stout and then added over a pound per barrel of exceptional @tchochocolate cacao nibs from Ghana and a few of the fattest Madagascar vanilla beans we’ve seen. The result is a rich and decadent stout akin to a chocolate donut
