This episode allows us to speak about the great white whales of beer while drinking one of the most prolific craft beers of a generation. Jon and Harrison share a bottle that many craft beer drinkers have on their own 'wishlist' — and drink another one that was voted on by fans of Untappd on Instagram.

Pliny the Younger by Russian River Brewing Company
- ABV: 10.25%
- IBU: 90
- Notes: Pliny the Younger was Pliny the Elder’s nephew, in the case of this beer, the "Younger" is a triple IPA. Pliny the Younger is hopped three times more than our standard IPA, and is dry hopped four different times.

Sexual Chocolate by Foothills Brewing
- ABV: 9.6%
- IBU: 75
- Notes: A cocoa infused Imperial Stout. Opaque black in color with a dark brown head. Big chocolate aroma with notes of espresso, blackstrap molasses, dark sweet toffee and dark fruit. Smooth dark chocolate backbone with complex notes of coffee, dark toffee and dark fruit.
- This particular bottle has been in Jon's cellar since 2017.
