He grew up in Crown Heights and his father died when he was only 3 years old. It is so ironic that he went into Jewish education since school was never his thing. \u201cPeople would have burst out laughing if they heard I was going into education." His first teaching job was in summer camp and it began to grow from there. Today Rabbi Horowitz is a sought after educator wether it be on traditional learning; parenting skills, teens at risk, or sexual abuse. We will definitely have to have him back!
