Amy Goober has a B.S. in psychology from Cornell University. As a Certified Health Coach she has helped over 600 clients over the past 7 years. She has reached the level of Global Director, one of only 2% of the 30,000 health coaches at Optavia. Amy leads, supervises and mentors a team of 70 coaches. She is also the founder of specialty cake bakery The Icing on the Cake, in existence for over 30 years in Newton, Massachusetts.
