Abigail Duncan is a newly hired account manager at Apex Systems and a senior sales associate at Orangetheory Fitness. Abigail works for the nation's second largest IT staffing firm, managing accounts that build business within the company by maintaining and building relationships with others. She also works for Orangetheory fitness, a fitness company that takes exercise science principles and applies it to a heart rate based interval training program. During her full time experience at Orangetheory, Abigail made her presence known by fully engaging in the member experience which led to increased retention rates and member engagement. In addition, Abigail consistently led the sales team in membership sales and led new employees through training. Abigail is a passionate, driven professional who is coachable, has discipline and is ethical. Abigail uses her passion for helping others and ties it in to any job that she pursues, finding value in everything she does in her life. Abigail loves to spend her free time outside, exploring what the beautiful earth brings to all living things daily...Beaching, Hiking, Camping and Boating She also has a passion for fitness and health, as sports have been ingrained in her since she was little. Abigail played soccer, basketball and ran track growing up where she then pursued her athletic career as a key sprinter on the James Madison University Women's track and field team. She then pursued her masters degree and was a member of the Women's soccer team at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. Abigail is one of four children that grew up in Keedysville, Maryland\u2026 a small town girl now located in the city of Fort Lauderdale chasing after her dreams and happiness! Abigail moved to South Florida in hopes to grow in her profession and expand her knowledge. Oh, and of course\u2026 the sunshine!
