Ranell is co-founder of the Academy of Sport Speed & Agility in Australia. As Head Coach and Training Director she works with youth to open level athletes across a myriad of sports. Ranell has a Master's degree in Sport Coaching (GPA 6.5) and a Bachelor degree in Sport Science and Coaching. Ranell's specialization is in Sport speed and Sprint mechanics, maximizing athletic movement to decrease injury and improve efficiency in players. For ten years Ranell was the Head Teacher of the Sport & Fitness department at WSI TAFE before moving full time into coaching. An award-winning teacher and presenter Ranell delivers workshops and courses in maximizing athletic performance through efficient function and sport speed mechanics. Ranell has run workshops for the coaches and physios at the following Youth Academies and First Teams: Arsenal FC, Leicester FC, Crystal Palace FC, Wigan Athletic FC, Singapore National Football Team, Port Adelaide Power FC AFL, Adelaide Crows AFL, Southampton FC, Brighton and Hove Albion FC, FIT Singapore, Blacktown Spartans NPL1, Northern Tigers NPL 1, NSW Waratahs Rugby Union, and many more.... In addition, Ranell has over a decade of strength and conditioning coaching experience. Currently the Strength & Conditioning & Speed coach for the GWS Fury (Premier League Netball Opens & Under 23's) and National level sprint athletes. Ranell is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Level 2 Strength Coach (ASCA) and Level 3 Aust. Track & Field Coach (Sprints, Hurdles & Relays). Ranell continues to train and compete in Masters Athletics on an international level (60m & 100m sprints), medalling at each world championship she has attended.
