An obscure law in #Michigan that allows a spouse to sue a person or entity, for loss of affection, loss of companionship, loss of intimacy and loss of society, typically attached to a #personalinjury claim if the spouse has been injured.  So if your spouse cheats, can you sue the cheater for \u2019lossofcompanionship?
