Chrystal Kizer, a Black teenager from Kenosha, Wisconsin was just 16 yrs old when she met Randy Vilar a 33 yr old white man accused of trafficking and sexually abusing Black girls. Volatile sexually abused Chrystal multiple times and filmed each instance.
