This week Emily & Erin share all they know about Habits - why they're important, how to make them stick, and how to effectively incorporate them into your routines to uplevel your life! 

Habits are small, incremental things that we do every day that over time can compound on each other to make BIG changes in our lives - positively or negativity. 

If we place a focus on building good habits and getting rid of bad habits, we are already on our way to a better overall life. Many people don't focus on their habits, and that right there lies the issue. Successful people have successful habits. Unsuccessful people, don't. Simple as that.
