On this episode we open up the topic of Energy with "The Body." The Body is this beautiful vehicle where energy comes through to form for us to perceive our surroundings as well as all creation in that space. To have an intuitive knowing before we can articulate what we are about to experience. To harness this intelligence, we have to feel safe in the body, and ultimately home to Self.
