Wind Down Meditation

This meditation is intended for use after work or before bed. Our lives can often be filled with differing opinions, perspectives, values and beliefs. When we go out in to the world, we can become disorientated and unrooted. This meditation will help you affirm your trust in yourself and your own beliefs and values. It's important to take the time to get back to self after work, or anytime you're experiencing a disconnect.
