This meditation is intended to create harmony with your inner and outer self. Come into alignment with this practice and remember you are a beautiful, magical, worthy, and valuable soul and creator by simply being. If you are working on your own self worth and confidence, you can come back to this meditation 3 times a week, or use it at an additional practice on top of your regular meditation routine.
