On Digmi Discussions Interview #39, Ray DIgmi catches up with professional baseball player and Zoned Sports Academy Instructor/Coach, Adam Tricarico.
\nThe Piscataway, NJ native shares his personal story growing up in the Garden State, and how his love for the game of baseball led him on a journey to fulfill his goal of playing professional baseball. Excelling at the high school and collegiate levels, Adam found himself on the outside looking in, working hard and patiently waiting to earn an opportunity to sign a pro- contact. But with a tremendous amount of hard work, commitment and optimism, Tricarico recently signed with the Somerset Patriots of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball - one of Independent Baseballs premier organizations.
\nListen to Tricarico talk about some of the challenges and obstacles he has faced throughout his career, how the recent Covid-19 pandemic made him question if he\u2019s pursuit of a professional playing career was over even before it started and why he believes you have to recognize fear and use it as motivation, how his role as instructor/coach at Zoned Sports Academy has helped make him a better player, and how his team, the Somerset Patriots continue to provide quality professional baseball during these uncertain times.
\nA great example of someone who stay committed to his pursuit of his dream and how a positive, optimistic mindset can help lead to great opportunity.
