The Jackson, NJ native talks about his childhood growing up in a big athletic, the pride he has for his home state of New Jersey, how he fell in love with the game of baseball and developed into a Rawlings Gold Glove Award Winner at the collegiate level.

Following his playing career, Tyler transitioned from player to coach, beginning a career mentoring other young players - including a stop at my alma mater, Seton Hall University. Tyler takes the time to talk about his personal growth from young arrogant kid, to a young coach who now understands the responsibility of helping others become better baseball players, but more importantly, becoming young men!
