The new year is off to the races. Like many of you, I've got my fingers crossed for a better year than the last. I recognize however that to make the year better, I've got to do my part. Make your own luck.

My encouragement to you today is this... If you're not a "resolution" kind of person, join me (a fellow non-resolution person) in breaking that mold this year. Isolate and identify those things in your life that are bringing you happiness, and chase after more of it. Identify what you want to accomplish this year, and make plans to achieve it.\\xa0
