We often hear that this great country was built on immigration. The first people to name the USA have ancestry from outside of this country and yet in 2021 we still condemn certain people who seek opportunity in this nation. Caliph, a Senegal born/ New Bedford raised artist, has been through some of the ugliest parts of the US's history – all while become a Grammy Award winner and one of MA's premier lyricists!

Not too many undocumented immigrants have the liberty of speaking about their experiences growing up in a community which doesn't understand them. Caliph, being one of the most talented rappers MA has seen in a while gets a chance to express himself in many different ways through his music. Growing up as an undocumented immigrant in the home of one of the most historic parts of Massachusetts has have to be a very challenging and nerve-wrecking experiences. The DACA recipient pulls up on Charlie MaSheen & KASH and dives into his story, his music, struggles in and outside of music, his 3 GRAMMYS, and much, much MORE!!!!
