The building’s physical form integrated with the city grid informed the interior design as well as the materials palette. Expansive and inspiring views contributed to a visual theme and were maximized with long site lines, opening up dynamic spatial opportunities. The concept of the palette honors the industrial background of New York’s gritty beginnings.
