Richard Haas, New York based artist, discusses one of his works on the White Street Detention Center Bridge, depicting the biblical Judgment of Solomon, a tale existing in similar ways in both Jewish and Chinese culture: the Judgment of Solomon and the Judgment of Pao Kung. Both are tales in which someone of authority uses a strategy to discover who is a liar and who is telling the truth.
