A 21-year-old driver has been charged in the fatal hit-and-run of an eight-year-old girl outside a school in Burlington; Kenneth Law is alleged to have sent around 1,200 packages to 40 countries but police are unsure if all packages contained sodium nitrite; and, Ontario's ombudsman says the LTB system badly needs an overhaul as the wait for a hearing can take as long as two years.
