What Is the US Hellscape Strategy to Stop a CCP Invasion of Taiwan?
The United States has developed a strategy to disrupt China\u2019s communist regime if it tries to take Taiwan by force. This is now being described as a \u201cHellscape\u201d strategy, and one that would involve classified capabilities as well as thousands of unmanned vehicles\u2014including drones, submarines, and surface craft. Its aim would be to delay the CCP long enough for the United States and its allies to arrive, and could drag the Chinese regime into a drawn-out war similar to what Russia now finds itself fighting in Ukraine.
