The freedom convoys of\xa0truckers\xa0protesting the COVID-19 mandates are officially beginning in the United States. So far two have been confirmed \u2013 one on February 23, and another on February 25. That\u2019s this coming Wednesday and Friday. They\u2019ll cover different states, and take different routes, but both will begin in Southern California, and will arrive in\xa0Washington DC\xa0for an indefinite protest in early March, where they plan to stay until all the virus mandates are dropped. One is under the name, The People\u2019s Convoy, and another is under the name Freedom Convoy USA 2022.

Brian Brase, one of the core truckers that are organizing The People\u2019s Convoy, told The Epoch Times that more routes will be released as the convoy moves. After seeing what happened to convoy protesters in\xa0Canada, including GoFundMe canceling their campaign and the\xa0Trudeau\xa0administration freezing bank accounts, they set up alternative ways to donate that include direct donations and cryptocurrency (more on this in a bit), and supported by private banking, accountants, and lawyers. Additional protests are expected to be launched as well, as it continues.

Meanwhile, the Trudeau administration in Canada has begun large-scale police operations to disperse and arrest protesters part of the Freedom Convoy. This has included locking their bank accounts, trampling a protester (allegedly to death) with police on horseback, and additional threats. These policies could have a lasting impact on Canada.
