The case will be looking into how Clinton campaign lawyer\xa0Michael Sussmann\xa0and others were allegedly looking to create an \u201cOctober surprise\u201d by manipulating the\xa0FBI.
In other news,\xa0Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, announced that his deal to purchase Twitter may be off unless the social media company can prove that the number of fake users on the site are less than 5 percent, as its data has claimed. The move has placed Twitter in a difficult position, as information revealed about the platform amid Musk\u2019s bid to purchase it could expose the company to lawsuits from investors.
