Stephen Moore is a former member of Trump\u2019s Economic Task Force and is an economic adviser. We spoke with him about the causes of America\u2019s economic downturn.
Moore said, \u201cWe should be having a record high growth rate. And I believe we would if Trump were still president, but Biden came in and he just twisted all the dials in the wrong direction.\u201d
