Paul D. Marks is the Shamus and Macavity Award-winning author of White Heat and Broken Windows, mystery-thrillers that take place in 1990s Los Angeles and touch upon social issues of that time which are still in the news today. Matt Coyle is the best-selling author of the Rick Cahill crime novels.
