Josie and her sister were both raised by their independent hardworking mum, who taught them to focus on their careers but most importantly their mindsets which was what got Josie from an extremely stressful high management role in social work, to the life she’s always dreamt of for herself and her family. Josie tells us the heart ache she experienced the year she decided to big leap of faith.

5. I know we know this, but do we always actually truly watch our words and reactions so around children. They are always soaking everything in, that includes bad habits and reactions.
6. Take your business seriously, it's not a hobby, so don’t have a hobby mindset. You can have a wildly successful business that fulfils you.
7. Focus on one thing at a time. Multi tasking doesn’t work!
8. Stop people pleasing.
9.There’s so much power in creativity! Creativity is what makes the world beautiful. Remember, you give the world value with your talent!
