The Viking and The Bourbon Cowboy, hook up with an old friend of the cowboy's out at Zick's Great Outdoors. We sit in this beautiful outdoor market, where we enjoy a great bonfire, and fire up this weeks pairings. We take the Ashton Symetry belicoso, and pair it against the 100 proof David Nicholson Reserve, and the Weller 12yr. We enjoy the great atmosphere, get some awesome insight from a man who has been around not only tobacco but plant life for most of his life! Great conversation and an episode we will for sure be back to record more often.
