78 - Get Your Mind Right
In this episode I discuss some of my recent thinking, in line with Clint Locklear\u2019s Mindset of a Professional book.\xa0 While I\u2019m working on growing a nuisance trapping business and trying to get my coyote catch numbers up, it really has hit home that you\u2019ve got to have a different mindset than just hobby trapping.\xa0 For one, as a nuisance trapper you\u2019ve got to look and act like a professional. Pros aren\u2019t forgetting items and cobbling things together on the fly. They have an efficient system and all their tools and equipment lined out and in order.\xa0\xa0
