Queensland's top doctor has raised alarm at the soaring cost of private health insurance, admitting he doesn’t know how people on low incomes can afford it.  

Queensland's fleet of traffic cameras is set to be swapped for new souped-up technology to nab drivers behaving badly for offences that are currently hard to catch or don’t yet exist.
