Cultivate is an industry event where vendors meet, share what\'s new for the next garden season, and more. Mrs. Know It All attended and had a great time. Jamaica Kincaid is an author whose writings are a part of my book family. One of my favorites is My Garden (Book). The excerpt I read truly struck a cord and tugged at my heartstrings. Certain authors really help center my thoughts.

Kathy Jentz, Washington Gardener Magazine, and I co-authored a book that is available for pre-sale ordering. The book, The Urban Garden: 101 Ways to Grow Food and Beauty In the City has truly been a labor of love and quite the learning experience. I hope those who read it find useful ideas to incorporate into their small to average space gardens.
