This week we sit down with Frank Lisciandro.\\xa0 Author of the book \\u201cJim Morrison: Friends Gathered Together,\\u201d\\xa0 and an old friend of Jim Morrison and Ray Manzarek\\u2019s.\\xa0 Frank, Jim and Ray first met at film school where he and Ray became fast friends. Frank went on to do much more for The Doors including tour photography and editing the films \\u201cA Feast of Friends,\\u201d which was just re-released, and \\u201cHWY\\u201d Jim Morrison\\u2019s unreleased directorial debut. Frank also helped film the Doors Live at the Hollywood Bowl!\\xa0 He co-edited two of Jim\\u2019s poetry books, "Wilderness\\u201d and "The American Night," and the Grammy nominated album \\u201cAn American Prayer.\\u201d\\xa0 Frank is also an acclaimed photographer and filmmaker and has continued to produce great work including, but not limited to, material dealing with his friend Jim. This interview was an incredible honor as Jim was certainly pivotal in my growth and turned me on to many amazing ideas, poetry, books, music and so much more! Hope you enjoy as much as I did!
