3 pounds of Oxtails w/ a good visible fat to meat ratio at room temperature
2 tablespoons of Flour
1 tablespoon of granulated garlic
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes
Two medium red onion chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 cup of good red wine
2 cups of beef stock
Salt and pepper to taste
