Happy Juneteenth- Part 3- Mama's Potato Salad

The final part of our Juneteenth celebration! In Part 1 we talked about the history of Juneteenth and why it is an important part of American history and we made the most refreshing Juneteenth Red Wine Spritzer. In Part two we barbeque braised beef ribs and in Part 3 we are going to make my mother’s Potato Salad.
