Recipe: Paleo Chicken Shawarma with Purple Cauliflower Pita & Homemade Dill-Mint Tahini Sauce

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: 2 large mixing bowls, 1 stirring spoon, 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon, 1 small soup bowl, 1 large baking tray, 2 pie tins (disposable or reusable), 1 spatula, aluminum foil roll
- BASICS: olive oil spray, salt, pepper, 2 to 3 eggs
- MEAT: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- PRODUCE: 1 cup shredded red cabbage or whole red cabbage, 2 cups arugula, 1 head purple cauliflower, 1 bunch dill, 1 bunch mint, 1 lime
- CANS & JARS: 4 tbsp Tahini paste
