For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: 1 large mixing bowl, stirring spoon, 1 small soup bowl, 1 med pot, 1 lg oven proof pan or baking tray, 1 medium pot, measuring cup, measuring spoons, 2 sharp knives, cutting board
- BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
- MEAT: 2 lb turkey breast tenderloin, 1/2 lb breakfast sausage (roll)
- PRODUCE: 1 red onion, 1 parsnip, 1/2 head of cauliflower, 3 cloves garlic, 2 stalks celery
- DRY & PACKAGED: 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup walnut pieces, 1 chicken bouillon cube (sub: 1 cup chicken broth),
