Recipe: Lamb Sliders with Thyme Cornbread Buns, Mint Aioli & Rosemary Sweet Potatoes

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: 3 mixing bowls, 1 med pot, 1 lg pan, whisk or fork, measuring cup, measuring spoons, sharp knife, cutting board, collander/strainer, 2 mixing spoons
- BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 pat butter, 1 egg
- MEAT: 1 lb ground lamb
- PRODUCE: 1/2 red onion, 1 large sweet potato, 10 mint leaves
- DRY & PACKAGED: 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup cornmeal, optional 1/4 cup brown sugar or honey, 4 tsp baking powder
- CANS & JARS: 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup almond milk
- ADD'L SEASONINGS: dried thyme, dried rosemary
