Recipe: Paleo Cauliflower Sausage Gumbo

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: 1 large pot, 1 wooden stirring spoon, 1 small bowl, 1 teaspoon, cutting board, sharp knife, can opener
- BASICS: salt & pepper to taste
- MEAT: 4 cooked andouille sausages
- PRODUCE: 3 stalks celery, 1 red onion, 1 package riced cauliflower / crumbles
- CANS & JARS: 1 cup (8 oz) chicken broth, 1 6 oz can green chiles, 1 8 oz can tomato sauce, 1 12 oz can red kidney beans
- ADD'L SEASONINGS: smoked paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper
