For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: 1 large frying pan, 1 wooden stirring spoon, plastic or rubber tipped tongs, cutting board, sharp knife, baking tray
- BASICS: salt & pepper to taste
- MEAT/FISH: 3/4 lb salmon filets (skin on)
- PRODUCE: 2 cups chopped green kale, 12-14 fresh chives, 3-4 green onions
- CANS & JARS: 3/4 stick cream cheese OR 1 cup 0-fat greek yogurt
