For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: 1 large skillet, 1 teaspoon, 2 tablespoons, wooden stirring spoon, cutting board, sharp knife, can opener
  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
  • MEAT:  3/4 lb boneless pork chops
  • PRODUCE: 5-6 mini sweet peppers, 1 bag california stirfry mix (or 1 head broccoli + 2 large carrots + 10 snowpeas), 1 red onion, 6 oz pre-cut pineapple
  • CANS & JARS: 2 Tbsp fish sauce, 2 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp red curry paste, 1 12oz can coconut milk, 1 6oz can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
