Recipe: Short Rib & Shrimp Fried Rice (serves 4)

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: 1 large pot or pan, 1 medium pot, measuring cup, stirring spoon, baking tray, cutting board, sharp knife
- BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper, 2 eggs
- MEAT: 3/4 lb thin short ribs (bone-in), 3/4 lb cooked shrimp
- PRODUCE: 1 red onion, 3-5 cloves garlic, 10 baby carrots, 1 bunch cilantro
- CANS & JARS: 1 can of peas, 1 cup beef broth, optional sesame oil, soy sauce or liquid aminos
- DRY FOODS: 1 cup rice
