  • EQUIPMENT: 1 large pan, 1 cutting board, 1 sharp knife, 1 spatula, 1 measuring cup
  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
  • MEAT: 3/4 lb cod
  • PRODUCE: 2 heads baby bok choi, 3 cloves garlic
  • CANS & JARS: 3 Tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos, 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • DRY FOODS: 1/2 cup flaxseed meal or breadcrumbs
