For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: 1 large pan, 1-2 pie tins (disposable or reusable OR a muffin tin), 2 wooden stirring spoons, 1 colander, 1 clean dish towel, 1 large mixing bowl, 1 spatula, optional paring knife
  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper, 2 eggs
  • MEAT: 3/4 lb salmon
  • PRODUCE: 2 large carrots, 1 shallot, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 bag riced cauliflower (roughly 2 cups)
  • CANS & JARS: 2 tsp green curry paste, 1 can coconut milk
  • ADD'L SEASONINGS: garam masala blend, turmeric, garlic powder
