For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: med pot, lg pan, measuring cup, cutting board, sharp knife
- BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
- MEAT: 1 lb cubed lamb stew meat
- CANNED & JARRED: 1 can whole stewed tomatoes, 1 can white beans
- PRODUCE: 1/2 yellow onion, 3 cloves garlic, 2 cups spinach OR arugula, 2 yukon gold potatoes
- ADD'L SEASONINGS: rosemary
