Recipe: Paleo Sesame Chicken with Broccoli & Mushrooms (Feeds 2)

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: med/lg pan, tongs, casserole dish, aluminum foil, oven mitts
- BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
- MEAT: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- PRODUCE: 2 cups broccoli florets, 2 cups sliced white, baby bella or shiitake mushrooms
- CANS & BOTTLES: 2 tbsp coconut aminos (paleo soy sauce alternative), 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
