Recipe: Antioxidant Salad (Feeds 2)

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: med pot, measuring cup stirring spoon, lg mixing bowl, tongs, sm pan, cutting board, sharp knife, sm dish for dressing
- BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
- MEAT: vegan recipe :)
- PRODUCE: 2 cups arugula, 1 cup pomegranate seeds, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 inch chunk ginger, 1 clove garlic, 1 avocado, 1 cup shredded carrots
- DRY & PACKAGED: 1/2 cup quinoa, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup almond slivers
- CANS & BOTTLES: 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
