Recipe: Foil Pack Hawaiian BBQ Chicken with Pineapple & Sweet Potato (Feeds 2)

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:
- EQUIPMENT: oven tray, aluminum foil, med pot, med pan, stirring spoon, can opener, cutting board, 2x sharp knives, tongs, colander or strainer
- BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
- MEAT: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- PRODUCE: 5-7 pitted dates, 2 cups arugula, 1 ripe avocado, 1 sweet potato or yam
- CANS & BOTTLES: 1 sm can tomato sauce, 1 Tbsp tomato paste, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce Alternative, 1 can pineapple rounds
